Associate Attorney

PSI is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal support across various practice areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop litigation and transactional skills within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Assist in case preparation, including discovery and trial preparation.
- Negotiate and draft contracts and other transactional documents.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 2-5 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
