WHAT YOU'LL DO
Represent injured workers at hearings, conferences, and trials before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB)
Manage cases from start to finish — from the initial client intake all the way through settlement or trial
Prepare legal documents including Applications for Adjudication, Compromise & Release agreements, Stipulations, and motions filed with the WCAB
Build trusted client relationships by conducting consultations, keeping clients informed, and guiding them through the legal process — fluently in both English and Spanish
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active California State Bar license in good standing
Fully bilingual — English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong communicator who connects easily with people from all backgrounds
Organized, dependable, and able to manage an active caseload
A heart for serving injured workers and underserved communities
