A plaintiff-side medical malpractice and personal injury firm is hiring an associate attorney with 0-3 years of litigation experience for its Miami, FL office. You'll work directly with the managing partner on serious injury cases.

 

Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions and other written work

- Review and analyze medical records

- Prepare for and take part in depositions

 

Requirements

- 0-3 years of litigation experience, ideally in plaintiff medical malpractice or personal injury

- Active member of the Florida Bar

- A judicial clerkship or law review is preferred

 

Compensation and benefits

- $120,000 - $200,000, plus a discretionary bonus

 

Work arrangement

Full time, in office in Miami, FL.
