Associate Attorney - Litigation/Employment/Transactional/Probate (3-8 Years)

A growing Houston boutique law firm is hiring an associate with experience in litigation, employment, transactional, or probate work. The firm offers a flexible, multi-practice environment, where versatile attorneys thrive and work on sophisticated matters.

Responsibilities
- Handle matters within your area of practice from start to finish
- Draft pleadings, contracts, or estate documents as applicable
- Counsel clients directly
- Collaborate across practice groups

Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in litigation, employment, transactional, or probate law
- Licensed with the State Bar of Texas
- Strong client service and drafting skills
Billable requirement for this position: minimum 140 hours per month.
