Practice Area: Insurance Litigation / Civil LitigationAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join a growing litigation team based in Denver, Colorado. This role offers substantial hands‑on litigation experience, direct case ownership, and meaningful courtroom exposure while working with an established insurance client base.The ideal candidate will have strong litigation capabilities, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to independently manage matters through various stages of litigation.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, dispositive motions, and legal briefsConduct and defend depositionsManage discovery, case strategy, and client communicationsAppear in court hearings, mediation's, and trials as neededCollaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategyMaintain high‑quality legal research and writing standardsRequired QualificationsActive Colorado law license is required3–7 years of litigation experience preferredStrong experience in deposition handling and dispositive motion draftingExcellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsAbility to independently manage litigation files and deadlinesPreferred QualificationsInsurance litigation experience strongly preferredExperience handling complex civil litigation mattersStrong courtroom presence and client management skillsCompetitive compensation packageStrong litigation growth and advancement opportunitiesDirect client interaction and courtroom exposureOpportunity to work with a well‑established insurance client portfolioCollaborative and professional work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
