What You'll Do:
Work on sophisticated litigation matters
Argue motions and attend court hearings
Participate in depositions and trial preparation
Assist with case strategy and settlement negotiations
Engage with a wide variety of Clients
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of litigation experience
Skilled at arguing motions
Strong with written and oral arguments
Participate in depositions and court hearings
Actively participate in mediations and negotiating settlements
Trial preparation
