    Responsibilities:

     

    • Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, and general liability claims.
    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
    • Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
    • Manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active license in the State of Nevada and in good standing.
    • 1–3 years of litigation or insurance defense experience preferred.
    • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
