Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents and correspondence for client cases.
Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on labor and employment law matters.
Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office.
Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and gather information.
Job Requirements:
CA Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and in good standing.
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents.
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
3-5 years experience or knowledge in Labor and Employment law.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
