Our firm is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling DWI, DUI, Municipal Court cases, Citations, and Traffic offenses. You will be responsible for legal research, legal writing, and litigation, demonstrating a high level of expertise in these areas. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide variety of issues related to DWI, DUI, and traffic offenses.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
• Represent clients in Municipal Court, managing all aspects of the case from inception to resolution.
• Handle citations and traffic offenses, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients.
• Develop and implement defense strategies, presenting cases in a clear and persuasive manner in court.
• Negotiate settlements, plea bargains, and other legal resolutions in the best interest of the client.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations.
• Provide legal advice to clients, explaining legal rights, potential outcomes, and other relevant issues.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on DWI, DUI, Municipal Court cases, Citations, and Traffic offenses.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills, with a proven ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.
• Strong litigation skills, with experience representing clients in court and conducting trials.
• Knowledge of legal codes, court procedures, precedents, and government regulations related to DWI, DUI, and traffic offenses.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable legal outcomes for clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
