Associate Attorney (Finance)

SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an Associate Attorney with:

• a minimum of 2 years of experience representing lending institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of complex syndicated lending transactions.
• large law firm experience
• and be comfortable working in team atmosphere.
• Superior academic credentials required.

The candidate must:

• be able to assume appropriate level of senior deal management responsibility, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation and providing sound advice to clients.
