About You:
You have 2-4 years of qualified benefits and executive compensation experience;
You have qualified benefits experience and executive compensation/409A experience in transactional setting;
You have experience drafting employment agreements, equity award agreements and non-qualified compensation plans;
You have strong oral and written communication skills, and can work effectively as part of a team and independently;
You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; and
You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in relevant jurisdiction (Illinois, California, Washington D.C., or New York).
