Associate Attorney – Employment (Single Action)

Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to handle employment single-plaintiff cases. This role focuses on matters involving retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, and leave-related claims. You’ll manage cases with autonomy while working alongside experienced attorneys.
What You’ll Do
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Develop and execute case strategies
- Take and defend depositions and handle meet & confers
- Lead mediations, ADR, and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in employment litigation matters
What We’re Looking For
- Active member of the California State Bar
- 2+ years of employment litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
