You'll own a large docket from case evaluation through discovery, depositions, and trial prep — and the key is organization. Hundreds of clients across multiple states means deadlines, SOL tracking, and filings that can't slip. You'll work closely with Litigation Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and Co-Counsel to keep everything moving. If you're the kind of attorney who color-codes their calendar and actually enjoys building a better process, this role was written for you.What you'll DoManage a large, high-volume docket of cases across multiple statesEvaluate the merits of potential cases and conduct legal research to support themHandle document review and draft and respond to discoveryDefend and take depositions, including expert depositionsPrepare expert reports and assist with trial preparationCommunicate directly with clients about their casesCorrespond with opposing counsel and clients to keep the legal process movingTrack and manage statute of limitations (SOL) analysis across your docketHandle e‑filings in state and federal courtsWork closely with the litigation team to strategize on case approach, priorities, and next stepsCollaborate with paralegals and legal assistants, providing direction and reviewing their workPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForLicensed attorney in good standing (Colorado license or ability to waive in preferred)Exceptional organizational skills — you'll be juggling a lot, and details matter hereComfort managing a high volume of clients and files without losing the human elementStrong written and verbal communication, especially with clients who are anxious about their casesProject management experience is a plus — formal or informal, we care that you know how to move work through a pipelineMass tort or personal injury experience is a plus, but we'll teach the right person the substance if they bring the systemsThe salary range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000 annually, based on skillset, years of experience, licensure, and demonstrated litigation and case management capabilities.
