Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and highly qualified Immigration Litigation Attorney to join and grow their legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, with significant experience appearing before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and Immigration Courts.

Our client operates multiple offices nationwide and exclusively practices immigration law. The role requires a strong ability and willingness to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly appear in Immigration Court for master calendar and individual hearings, both in person and via WebEx
  • Prepare, review, and file applications with Immigration Court and USCIS
  • Conduct legal research and interpret existing laws and regulations, as well as anticipated changes, to guide informed decision-making and reduce risk
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on immigration matters before USCIS and EOIR, including reviewing scheduling orders, decisions, and advising on next steps
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients throughout their cases
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state
  • Minimum of 4 years of litigation or immigration law experience
  • Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
  • Excellent academic credentials preferred, including top 10-15% class rank or GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Strong diligence and organizational abilities required
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
