While experience in probate, trust, and estate litigation is strongly preferred, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in commercial litigation, real estate, and/or contract disputes who are interested in focusing their practice in this robust and growing area.This is a full-time position with opportunities for meaningful client impact, professional growth, and flexible scheduling.Key ResponsibilitiesThis position is designed for attorneys who want a meaningful litigation experience with strong support, training, and mentorship.In this role, you will:Represent beneficiaries, personal representatives, trustees, and other parties in litigation under A.R.S.
