It represents businesses, government entities, nonprofits, trade associations and individuals on regional, national and international matters. Its practice spans complex business litigation, M&A, banking and corporate finance, real estate, health care, labor and employment, media, government relations, and trusts and estates.
The Firm has deep benches of top-ranked attorneys. Many are regularly recognized by leading peer-review and legal-ranking publications. The group includes former state officials, regulators and law professors. The Firm is now adding a lateral associate with meaningful litigation experience to its business litigation team.
Why join us?- Sophisticated work, real ownership. You’ll handle complex commercial disputes for well-known clients. The Firm deliberately gives its attorneys exposure across many areas of law instead of narrowing them early.

- Collegial environment. The culture is built on integrity, professionalism and respect for each person’s interests outside work.
- Built for laterals. The Firm actively recruits laterals nationwide and values the varied backgrounds they bring.
- Family-friendly benefits. The Firm is formally recognized for family-supportive workplace policies.
