Job Description
Handle complex civil litigation matters including construction defect, real estate, and business disputes
Represent builders, developers, and business clients throughout all phases of litigation
Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, and manage case strategy
Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to drive cases forward
Provide practical, business-minded legal advice aligned with client goals
Qualifications
Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
3+ years of directly relevant litigation experience
Background in construction defect litigation, real estate disputes, or business litigation
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Experience from law firm, in-house, or solo practice environments welcomed
