The ideal candidate is driven, highly organized, and proactive in advocating for clients and managing their legal matters effectively.


Responsibilities include:

• Handling arbitration-level cases from filing through award
  
  
• Drafting responsive pleadings
  
  
• Preparing and responding to motions and preliminary objections
  
  
• Conducting and defending depositions
  
  
• Managing all phases of written discovery
  
  

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania law license (required)
• Minimum of 1-5 years of Personal Injury Experience
• Minimum of 1-5 years of Arbitration Experience

Salary commensurate with experience
