Assistant Wellness Director (ADON)

Assistant Wellness Director (Assistant Director of Nursing) Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Will assist the Wellness Director with all the scheduling needs and work directly with them

·         Should be able to work in collaboration with the entire nursing team

·         Must be able to fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods

·         Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills

·         Should have great 'people skills'

·         Should be able to be okay to be ‘on-call’

          Must enjoy working with seniors

Assistant Director of Nursing Qualifications and Skills:

·        Nursing License required

·         Appropriate license
