Key Responsibilities:
Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
Supervise toddlers to ensure safety at all times
Help with daily routines such as meals, diapering, potty training, and nap time
Engage children in play, storytelling, music, and creative activities
Support positive behavior and social development
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
Communicate effectively with the lead teacher and staff
Observe and report children’s progress and any concerns
Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience working with toddlers (preferred)
Knowledge of basic child development principles
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds
Frequent sitting, standing, bending, and playing on the floor
