Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Franklin is hiring Assistant Teachers to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms.
Whether you have previous classroom experience or are beginning your early childhood education career, we're interested in dependable, enthusiastic candidates who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive teaching team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
- Assist with The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Engage children through stories, art, sensory play, music, movement, and hands-on learning
- Support meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and transitions as appropriate
- Encourage independence, communication, and positive social interactions
- Help maintain appropriate classroom supervision and ratios
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized classrooms
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
Qualifications
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC minimum hiring requirements for the position
- Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or experience working with children preferred
- Professional early childhood experience is a plus, but not required
- CDA, EEC certification, or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Comfortable supporting Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children
- Reliable, patient, positive, and willing to learn
