Job Description
Assist in managing day-to-day jobsite operations on industrial construction projects. Support superintendent with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and material tracking. Help enforce jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures. Conduct site walks and assist with inspections and punch-list efforts. Maintain daily reports and coordinate with project teams.

The Successful Applicant
2-6+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction. Exposure to light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution projects preferred. Strong organizational skills with ability to support field operations. Eagerness to grow into a lead superintendent role.
What's on Offer
Base salary: $80,000 - $105,000. Company truck + gas card. Overtime paid after 45 hours. ESOP program. Primarily local work with limited travel requirements. Strong industrial project pipeline.
