Assistant Superintendent-Tampa-Construction

Job Description
- Assist the Superintendent in managing on-site construction activities and ensuring project timelines are met.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure efficient project workflow.
- Monitor construction progress and report on status to project leadership.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and resolve issues as they arise.
- Manage construction documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Support in resolving any challenges or delays that may impact the project schedule or budget.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
