Assistant Superintendent-Tampa-Construction

Job Description
- Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to keep project work aligned with the established schedule.
- Monitor site progress and communicate updates, issues, and next steps to the construction team.
- Help coordinate subcontractor activities so work is completed in the correct sequence.
- Review completed work in the field and identify items that need attention before the next phase begins.
- Maintain clear site records, including daily activity updates and project documentation.
- Promote safe work practices by observing site conditions and reporting concerns promptly.
- Work with project stakeholders to resolve day-to-day field issues and reduce delays.
- Support project closeout activities by tracking outstanding field items and completion status.
