A successful Assistant Superintendent-Tampa-Construction should have: Experience coordinating day-to-day construction activities on active project sites. • Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to keep project work aligned with the established schedule.
• Monitor site progress and communicate updates, issues, and next steps to the construction team.
• Help coordinate subcontractor activities so work is completed in the correct sequence.
• Review completed work in the field and identify items that need attention before the next phase begins.
• Maintain clear site records, including daily activity updates and project documentation.
• Promote safe work practices by observing site conditions and reporting concerns promptly.
• Work with project stakeholders to resolve day-to-day field issues and reduce delays.
• Support project closeout activities by tracking outstanding field items and completion status.
