Description

  • Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction site operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Resolve on-site issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and logs.
  • Support the Superintendent in managing resources and materials efficiently.

Requirements Assist the Superintendent with the day-to-day management of construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Monitor project schedules and help maintain progress against key milestones. Support quality control efforts and ensure work meets project specifications and company standards. Promote and enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures. Participate in site inspections, daily reports, and project documentation. Assist in resolving field issues and maintaining effective communication between project stakeholders. Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite environment.
