Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations for industrial construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules
• Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control across all phases
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to meet project milestones
• Drive field execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Profile

• 5-10+ years of superintendent experience in industrial or commercial construction
• Strong background in light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution projects preferred
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams
• Flexibility to travel for project support as needed

Job Offer

• Base salary: $105,000 - $130,000
• Company truck + gas card
• Overtime paid after 45 hours
