Description

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate schedules and tasks with subcontractors and team members.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting work and ensuring adherence to plans.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
• Manage materials and equipment to avoid shortages or delays.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status.

Profile

A successful Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

• Proven experience in multifamily construction or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
