Job Title: Assistant Security Manager

FLSA Status: FT Salaried, Exempt
The Assistant Security Manager supports the Security Manager in overseeing security operations at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater. Responsibilities include live event security, daily building security operations, staffing, scheduling, training, incident response, facility inspections, and emergency preparedness.
This position takes an active leadership role during events and works closely with clients, staff, law enforcement, fire/EMS, and other facility departments to maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons, employees, performers, and clients.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or a minimum of five (5) years of related experience in security, event operations, training, and supervision, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five (5) years of event security or closely related experience is required, with a minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory role.
WORK HOURS:
Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended or irregular hours. Working events is an essential requirement of this position, and the Assistant Security Manager will be expected to regularly work concerts, sporting events, graduations, festivals, and other events at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater.
This position will also participate in an on-call rotation and may be required to be available on designated days or weeks to respond to security incidents, staffing issues, facility concerns, emergencies, or other operational needs outside of normally scheduled hours.
