THE TEAM
The Security team plays a vital role in protecting our guests, associates, visitors, and assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment across all hotel operations. Reporting to the Senior Security Manager, the Assistant Security Manager supports the daily leadership of the department, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, operational standards, and security protocols while fostering a culture of professionalism and service excellence.
YOUR ROLE
As Assistant Security Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the Security Department and contribute to the overall safety and wellbeing of the hotel community. This position serves as a key operational leader, supporting security officers through training, coaching, and oversight while partnering closely with departments across the hotel. You will play an important role in maintaining life safety systems, coordinating security-related programs, conducting audits, and ensuring a secure environment that enables exceptional guest and associate experiences.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
COULD THIS BE YOU?
OUR BENEFITS
As part of our team, you'll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard - and valued. We're a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We're not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them - and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
