Project CoordinatorProject Coordination & ExecutionAssist Project Managers and Development Executives in overseeing projects from acquisition through construction completion and turnover.Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.Maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, and development files.Financial & Budget ManagementSupport budget preparation, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.Review contractor invoices, change orders, and payment applications for accuracy.Monitor project expenditures and assist with maintaining budget compliance.Prepare financial reports and project summaries for management review.Construction & Development SupportCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues.Assist with resolving project challenges related to scheduling, permitting, and construction activities.Entitlements & Regulatory ComplianceAssist with municipal approvals, zoning applications, permits, and inspections.Coordinate submissions and communications with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.Ensure project files remain compliant with applicable building codes and regulations.Stakeholder CommunicationServe as a liaison between internal teams and external project partners.Foster strong relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and local officials.Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
