We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile commercial interiors projects across New York City. Description

    • Assist Project Managers with all phases of project delivery
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants
    • Track project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
    • Support project reporting, cost tracking, and closeout processes
    • Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
    • Participate in client meetings and maintain stakeholder communication

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
    • Commercial interiors project experience required
    • Strong understanding of construction documentation and project administration
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related construction software
    • Eager to learn, grow, and progress into a Project Manager role
