Job Description
- Support or lead the construction delivery of a large-scale project in West Palm Beach
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership groups
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation
- Manage project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives
- Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant
- Experience with a reputable GC or developer in Florida
- Background in multifamily or affordable housing construction strongly preferred
- Experience on large-scale ground-up construction projects
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality with a focus on culture fit
What's On Offer
- APM: $90,000-$100,000 | PM: $120,000-$140,000+ (fully negotiable based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus program with potential guarantee
