An established design-build contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Emerging Senior PM to oversee complex healthcare and commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile developments while helping shape the next generation of construction professionals.

Description

* Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
* Drive quality, safety, and operational excellence

Profile

* Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects
* Demonstrated leadership and team development ability
* Strong understanding of project controls and scheduling
* Healthcare construction experience preferred
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Job Offer

Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 base salary + bonus
* Lead a 50,000 SF micro-hospital project
* Every other Friday off, PTO, and 401(k)
* 80% employee healthcare coverage
