They pride themselves on trust, hard work, dependability, and building quality relationships with subcontractors and owners alike.Job DescriptionAssist in managing projects ranging from occupied restorations to adaptive reuse and new construction. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, closeout logs, and other project documentation. Support budgeting, procurement, schedule updates, and cost control processes. Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Conduct site walks and assist in supervising field activities to ensure adherence to plans and quality expectations. Help maintain safety protocols and compliance requirements across multiple job sites. Participate in subcontractor coordination and ensure project milestones are tracked and executed. Ability and desire to grow into a PM role within 1-2 years or preference to remain an experienced, long-term APM. Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities. Experience working on occupied, multifamily, renovation, or adaptive reuse projects (preferred). Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.What's on OfferBase Salary: $90K-$110K. Benefits Package: 75% company-paid healthcare & dental.
