Assistant Project Manager
Reporting to senior project leadership, the Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects throughout Texas.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams
- Support contract administration, change order management, and procurement processes
- Track project costs and assist with maintaining budget performance
- Review project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications
- Help monitor project schedules and identify potential risks to delivery milestones
- Participate in site visits and stakeholder meetings to ensure successful project execution

The successful applicant will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. They should have 2+ years of construction experience, ideally within multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial building projects. Experience supporting budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation is required. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Viewpoint, or similar platforms would be preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with subcontractors, clients, and project teams are essential. Ability to travel throughout Texas as required.
