Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of construction projects. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control efforts. Coordinate subcontractor contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Track project schedules and help ensure key milestones are met. Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project reports. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Assist with procurement activities and material tracking. Collaborate with field teams to address project issues and maintain workflow. Support project closeout activities and final documentation requirements.
