We're looking for an experienced multifamily project manager to lead ground-up and renovation residential projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll be the central point of accountability — coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality communities on time and on budget.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion and turnover
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, contracts, change orders, and payment applications
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain project schedules and resolve issues
  • Lead owner, architect, subcontractor, and project coordination meetings
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, documentation, and project controls
  • Monitor project costs and identify potential budget or schedule impacts early
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and turnover
  • Help mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers as the team continues to grow

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong preference for experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale residential construction
  • Experience managing projects in the Philadelphia market is preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and project documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both field and office teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
