Our client is an established high-end residential construction firm that has been operating in the Greater Boston area since the early 1990s. With a team of approximately 30 professionals, they specialize in some of the region's most prestigious and intricate custom homes, while also taking on select addition and renovation projects.
The company has built a strong reputation for delivering highly detailed, design-driven residential projects throughout the Metrowest area and Cape Cod. Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the overall management and successful delivery of construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and On-Site Construction Manager, the APM will assist with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, job costing, information management, quality control, and overall project coordination.
The long-term goal is to develop this individual into a Project Manager capable of independently managing projects with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will have the initiative to take ownership, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and continuously develop their construction knowledge.
