Description

The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to help coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, procurement, documentation, budgeting, and overall project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and coordination.
  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, buyout processes, and monthly project reporting.
  • Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Assist with procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Work closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.



Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in commercial construction, project engineering, or assistant project management.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
