A well-established, highly respected commercial general contractor is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join its growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with diverse commercial construction projects while working alongside experienced industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Support project budgets, scheduling, cost tracking, and financial reporting.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and field teams.

• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

• Assist with estimating, bidding, procurement, and subcontractor buyout.

• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

• Participate in site visits, owner meetings, and project closeout.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction management, project engineering, or project management experience.

• Commercial general contracting experience preferred.

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Understanding of construction drawings, scheduling, and project coordination.

• Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
