Job Details

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Assist project teams with subcontract administration, procurement, and project documentation
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project correspondence
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities
  • Coordinate communication between field and office teams
  • Assist with project closeout documentation and owner turnover packages
  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Internship or professional experience in commercial construction preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
