Job Description
Support the Project Manager and Superintendent on an $80M ground-up development in downtown Dayton. Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and subcontractor coordination through Procore. Assist with preconstruction activities including bidding, procurement, and project planning. Track project progress, schedules, and communication between field and office teams. Gain hands-on exposure to all phases of construction while developing toward a Project Manager position. The Successful Applicant
1-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Junior Project Manager. Experience using Procore in a commercial, multifamily, or general contracting environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project responsibilities. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for long-term career growth. Exposure to estimating, MEP coordination, or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
