Description

Join the team delivering an $80M downtown Dayton project, located directly across from the office. The group is adding a PE/APM to support a growing workload and give the project team the resources they need to stay ahead. Our client is an employee-owned builder with a strong presence throughout Southwest Ohio and a growing pipeline of multifamily and mixed-use work. They continue to pick up projects in Dayton and Cincinnati, with additional work expected in Columbus as well.

Description

* Work directly with the Project Manager and Superintendent on the delivery of an $80M downtown Dayton project

* Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting documentation, drawing updates, and Procore workflows

* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and field teams to keep work moving on schedule

* Assist with procurement, buyout activities, budget tracking, and day-to-day project administration

* Support both construction operations and preconstruction efforts, providing exposure across the full project lifecycle

Profile

A successful Junior Project Manager should have:

* 1-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar construction role

* Experience on commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, or large building projects

* Procore experience preferred

* Exposure to estimating, MEP scopes, or OSHA 30 certification is beneficial but not required

* Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and a genuine interest in growing your career in construction

Job Offer

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + bonus.
