Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Saturday and Sunday (12:00PM - 8:00PM)

Job Type: Local Contract
Contract Length: 13 Weeks, extension potential
Pay Range: $40 - 43/hr.
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: -
Provide oversight of both Crisis Respite programs, ensuring effective daily operations, guest safety, and compliance with OMH regulations and agency policies.
- Supervise, coach, and support program staff; conduct follow-ups, participate in hiring, provide training, and manage staffing needs, schedules, timesheets, and leave requests.
- Review and approve program referrals, verify insurance eligibility, obtain authorizations, and monitor guest length of stay requirements.
- Maintain relationships with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and referring providers, including submitting clinical updates and coordinating guest care.
- Oversee all program documentation, chart reviews, utilization reviews, and ensure timely completion of required records, reports, and audits.
- Monitor guest services, including safety planning, goal attainment, discharge planning, community meetings, and overall quality of care.
- Prepare and submit operational, billing, utilization, occupancy, service authorization, and funder reports; maintain funder portals.
- Ensure program facilities, supplies, and operations meet safety, security, and regulatory standards, including audit readiness.
- Represent the agency through community outreach, presentations, and partnerships to support program visibility and effectiveness.
- Provide emergency and on-call coverage, serve as backup to the Crisis Director, and perform additional duties as assigned.
- On Call 24/7 and availability to work on evenings and weekends.
Requirements: - Education: MSW or related degree
- Certification(s): Will consider BSW/BS degree with CASAC or CASAC -T and a minimal seven years of management experience working in a social service or behavioral health setting
- Years of experience: 5-7
- Skills: Experience working with people diagnosed with mental illness and people struggling with substance use and co-Occurring disorder; Experience working within a respite/residential or crisis 24 hr program
- Technology: Computer literacy skills (Excel, Teams, Windows, Outlook)
