Assistant Payroll Manager

Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for an Assistant Payroll Manager for their Chicago, IL/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee salary, benefit deductions and garnishments to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Collaborate with HR, employees and vendors to ensure timely and accurate pay and deductions.
• Manage and consult with employees regarding expense reimbursement payments.
• Lead the team in preparing management reports.
• Support audits and drive process improvements.

Requirements:
