Assistant Operations Manager Exterior

The Assistant Operations Manager works alongside the General Manager and Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and strong day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, customer service, safety, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example and uphold The Metro Way.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Customer Service Representatives and supervisors.
• Help create a motivated, high-performing team.
• Partner with Training to support employee development.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management.
• Help maintain facility, equipment, and property standards.
• Serve as the Site Safety Officer and promote a safe work environment.
• Support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Open and close the location according to Metro standards.

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time position with evening and weekend availability required.
• Standard background check required.
• Completion of Metro Learn and role-specific training.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role is based at a car wash location and includes both indoor and outdoor work. You'll regularly stand, walk, bend, pivot, lift, reach, and use your hands throughout the day.
