Responsibilities Role Overview As an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM) in our Level II NICU, you'll play a critical leadership role, working alongside the Nursing Operations Manager to: Oversee 24/7 operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional care for our tiniest patients. Lead recruitment, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations. Promote quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of care and safety. Serve as a role model, mentor, and advocate for nursing excellence and professional development. Collaborate with HR, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and staff engagement.
