Enjoy 12-hour physician shifts with excellent APC coverage. Practice at a state-of-the-art facility within the Baptist Health System. Support a diverse patient population with a wide case mix and strong acuity. Qualifications and Leadership Duties
Leadership experience strongly preferred. ABEM and OBEM board certified or board eligible. Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance. Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care. Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement initiatives that enhance care quality and efficiency. Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department.
