    Job Summary & Responsibilities
    Working in close partnership with the Store Manager—and directing operations in their absence—the Assistant Manager co-runs the business. Your focus will be on leading team performance, driving maximum store profitability, and upholding Auntie Anne’s exceptional standards of food quality and customer experience.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Shift Management: Lead high-energy, efficient daily shifts by setting a positive example for the team.
    • Talent Development: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training top-tier new hires.
    • Daily Operations: Roll up your sleeves to make dough and bake pretzels from scratch alongside the crew when needed.
    • Inventory Control: Manage stock, handle ordering, and minimize waste to optimize food costs.
    • Performance Goals: Actively track and push the team to achieve daily sales targets.
    • Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, secure, and impeccably clean environment at all times.
    Requirements
    • Proven management or supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
    • A valid driver’s license.
    • Open flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and closing mall hours.
    • Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
